Rabble is a free online messaging application that has been developed by using Telegram's free API. Rabble’s messaging features are a part of the Telegram ecosystem and is subject to Telegram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) describe the terms and conditions which shall apply to all Users accessing Rabble, an application that is owned and operated by Buidlso Pte Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”/ “Us” / “We”).

Rabble Labs and its associated entities are in no way responsible or liable for any transactions made through these wallets nor are they responsible for the security or safety of the wallets themselves. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallets and private keys.
1.1 In order to use Rabble, you must log in to your Telegram Account with us. To do this you will have to provide information such as your phone number and Telegram ID. To authenticate your account, you will have to provide an OTP that you will receive for verification purposes. Users can also use the link device feature and scan a QR code with their devices.
You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, private keys and any other information you choose to share with Rabble. You shall also be solely responsible for all use of and activities that occur under your account (whether such use or activities have been authorised by you or not.)
1.2 You shall not share, assign, or permit the use of your account, ID, or password to another person, even to other individuals related to you. To know how the information that you provide to us is processed, please read our privacy policy.
1.3 You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password, or your account or any other breach of security of your account.
1.4 You warrant and agree that the information you submit, post or display shall:
Be true, accurate, complete and lawful.
Not be misleading or deceptive.
Not contain information that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation.
Not violate any applicable laws and regulations or promote any activities which may violate any applicable laws and regulations.
Not contain any link directly or indirectly to any other website which includes any content that may violate the Terms.
In case of incomplete or incorrect information, Rabble reserves the right to restrict its services to you. You agree that in the event of violation of clause 2 of these Terms, you shall be solely liable for any consequences (civil and/or criminal) that may arise.
Under no circumstances will Rabble be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use or inability to use the application.
2.1 Rabble is not responsible, nor does it claim any ownership of the material that You upload or send via the application. Further, Rabble does not verify or confirm that material that is uploaded or sent via the application to other users.
2.2 All the intellectual property of Rabble, including but not limited to its copyright, trademark, etc, vest with Rabble, and under no circumstances can You use the same. If You are found in violation of this term, Rabble reserves the right to initiate criminal and civil action against You for the infringement or passing off of its intellectual property.
2.3 In order to provide the necessary services, You grant Rabble a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display and transmit the information that you upload, submit, store, send or receive on or through the application by way of availing the services. This can include, but is not limited to action such as your profile picture, transmitting your messages, storing messages for a period of 90 days if not delivered, etc.
2.4 Rabble grants to its users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the services, subject to and in accordance with these terms. The license is purely for the purpose of enabling you to use the services in case no rights or license is granted to you in any other manner, either directly or indirectly.
Rabble may contain links to other Internet websites which may or may not be owned or operated by Us. We have not reviewed any of the websites that are linked to the application, and We have no control over such sites.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Rabble is not responsible for the content of such websites, any updates or changes to such sites, or the privacy or other practices of such sites, and the fact that We offer such links does not indicate any approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked site.
We are providing these links to you only as a convenience. Accordingly, We strongly encourage You to become familiar with the terms of use and practices of any linked site. Further, it is up to You to take the precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from the application or other sites) is free of such items such as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs, and other items of a destructive nature.
Rabble shall generate a unique social graph for each user, based on their activity and usage within the platform, including but not limited to participation in Telegram groups, messages sent, other interactions. The social graph will reflect the user’s connections and relationships within the Rabble ecosystem.
The user retains full and exclusive ownership of their social graph. Rabble does not claim any ownership rights over the user’s social graph. The user may freely use, manage, export, or dispose of their social graph as they see fit, without any restrictions from Rabble.
The user acknowledges that the creation of their social graph is intended to commoditize their social network and connections. The user may derive value from their social graph through personal, social or commercial means, subject to compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
Rabble is responsible solely for the creation of the social graph and has no control over the content, structure, or any information contained within the social graph. Rabble will provide the user with tools to access, control, and manage their social graph at their discretion. The user is responsible for the proper use and management of their social graph.
Rabot serves as mini app standard within the Rabble platform, designed to simplify access to decentralised finance and cryptocurrency staking opportunities for Users. It provides a streamlined interface through which Users can perform complex tasks easily. The sole purpose of Rabots is to make complex blockchain interactions and transactions accessible and manageable. For example, the staking Rabot will help users stake digital assets on Base, to earn interest on their deposits, making complex blockchain interactions accessible and manageable.
Rabot required Users to perform only high-level actions, including but not limited to funding and withdrawing assets. Rabble’s backend services, consisting of bots and microservices through the Rabot, automatically handle all technical blockchain interactions, such as but not limited to bridging, asset swapping, gas management and other blockchain processes without requiring additional User intervention.
The User acknowledges that Rabots are provided as an “As-is” basis without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rabble disclaims all liability for any financial losses, technical issues, or malfunctions arising from or due to blockchain network delays, smart contract malfunctions, market fluctuations, or failures of third party protocols.
The user acknowledges that staking digital assets inherently involves risks, including but not limited to market volatility, network changes, smart contract vulnerabilities, technical errors, and potential total or partial loss of staked assets.
Rabble shall not be liable for any losses, disruptions or damages to staked assets nor for any reduction or loss of rewards due to factors outside Rabble’s control.
The User further acknowledges that Rabots may connect and interact with third-party blockchain protocols and decentralised applications over which Rabble has no control. Rabble shall bear no liability for any adverse outcomes, unintended risks, or damage arising from the user of such third-party protocols, smart contracts, and the User assumes full responsibility for interactions with these third-party services facilitated through Rabots.
Rabble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rabot Services or Functionalities at any time and without prior notice. The User acknowledges that any such modifications, suspensions, or terminations may impact current or future interactions with Rabots and that Rabble shall not be liable for any lost earnings, expected returns, or opportunities resulting from such changes to the Rabots services.
Rabot serves as an in-built wallet within the Rabble platform, designed to simplify access to decentralised finance and cryptocurrency staking opportunities for Users. It provides a streamlined interface through which Users can stake assets on Base, to earn interest on their deposits, making complex blockchain interactions accessible and manageable.
The in-built wallet within Rabble is powered by Turnkey, enabling Users to securely store, manage, and interact with digital assets within the Rabble platform. Turnkey’s
integration provides the backend infrastructure for the wallet functionality, facilitating blockchain interactions and digital asset management.
Rabot is an in-built wallet within the Rabble platform that enables users to stake supported assets to earn interest on their deposits. By engaging in staking via Rabot, the User consents to and acknowledges the terms, conditions and risks associated with staking protocols, which govern the deposit and interest mechanisms of staked assets.
The user understands and accepts that interest rates, returns and staking rewards may vary based on external conditions. Rabble does not guarantee any specific returns, rates or earnings on staked assets and disclaims liability for any lost expected gains.
Rabot required Users to perform only high-level actions, including but not limited to funding and withdrawing assets. All actions undertaken by Rabots on behalf of the User will be documented and publicly verifiable, enabling transparency and validation of each action executed by Rabble’s backend bots and microservices.
Rabble is not a custodial service and does not control or manage users’ assets directly. Rabble is not responsible for any loss of assets, or interest due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to network issues, security breaches or protocol failures.
The User acknowledges that Rabots are provided as an “As-is” basis without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rabble disclaims all liability for any financial losses, technical issues, or malfunctions arising from or due to blockchain network delays, smart contract malfunctions, market fluctuations, or failures of third- party protocols.

The User acknowledges that any such modifications, suspensions, or terminations may impact current or future interactions with Rabots and that Rabble shall not be liable for any lost earnings, expected returns, or opportunities resulting from such changes to the Rabots services.
Rabble’s Rewards Program is designed to incentivise and reward Users for their engagement with the platform. By participating in the program, Users can earn rewards that can be redeemed for various in-app benefits, early access to new features, and additional functionalities.
Users are encouraged to log in daily to maintain a login streak. For each consecutive day that a User logs in, they earn rewards that increase incrementally based on the length of their streak. Missing a day resets the streak, and the User must start from the beginning to accumulate login rewards again.
Based on the User’s daily login streaks, they will be placed into different reward tiers, ranked from D, C, B, A to S with S being the highest tier and D being the lowest. Users in higher tiers will receive enhanced rewards and benefits. Placement
into a tier depends on maintaining consistent login streaks over specific periods as defined by Rabble.
A leaderboard showcasing the Users within each tier will be displayed within the Rabble platform. This leaderboard will allow Users to view the top three users in the same tier, promoting friendly competition and encouraging continued engagement.
Users can earn additional rewards by inviting new friends to join Rabble. Successful invitations are defined as new users who sign up using the provided referral link or code and meet any specified onboarding requirements. Rewards for invitations will be credited to the User’s account once the invited friends complete these requirements.
Rabble provides opportunities for Users to earn rewards by completing specific tasks within the platform. Tasks may include activities such as participating in events, engaging with in-app content, or completing tutorials. Details and conditions will be outlined within the Rabble interface itself as and when relevant.
Rewards accumulated through the Rewards Program can be redeemed for various in-app functionalities, early access to new features, and other designated benefits as specified by Rabble. The availability and types of rewards may change at Rabble’s discretion, and any updates will be communicated within the platform.
The User’s “worthiness score”, determined by factors such as engagement, login streaks, tasks completion, and tier status, will influence the amount of rewards or “carrots” they receive when sponsored by an external party. Users with higher worthiness scores will be eligible for greater rewards and benefits. Rabble reserves the right to adjust the criteria for calculating the worthiness score and the distribution of sponsored rewards, and any such updates will be communicated within the platform.
Rewards earned through the Rabble Rewards Program are non-transferable and can only be used within the Rabble Platform. Users are prohibited from transferring, selling or exchanging rewards for cash or other external benefits through Rabble.
Rabble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program, will be updated within the platform. Rabble shall not be held liable for any loss of potential or accumulated rewards due to changes or discontinuation of the program.
It is the responsibility of the User to regularly log in, track their streaks, complete tasks and engage with the platform to maintain or improve their tier and earn rewards. Rabble is not liable for any loss of rewards or changes in tier status due to missed logins, incomplete tasks, or other failures to meet the requirements of the Rewards Program.
Users have the ability to connect wallets to their Rabble ID, however this is not necessary to use the basic client. For users that do not connect their wallets, some functionalities will not be available. To use the full functions of Rabble, You will need to connect a wallet.
Our Wallet Integration is powered by Web3Auth. By accessing or using the Web3Auth integration with Rabble, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Integration.
The Web3Auth Integration with Rabble allows users to:
Authenticate their wallets and transactions through Web3Auth to access certain features of Rabble and associated decentralised applications. (DApps.)
Manage multichain accounts and interact with blockchain applications seamlessly
Securely access DApps using Web3Auth's authentication methods, such as social logins or email-based key management
Rabble is not responsible for any unauthorised access or misuse of your Web3Auth account.
By using Web3Auth with Rabble, you consent to the collection and sharing of relevant data between Web3Auth and Rabble. This may include your public wallet address, authentication data, transaction history, usage statistics, etc.
Rabble handles your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and Web3Auth handles your data in accordance with its own privacy practices. Rabble strongly encourages that You should review both privacy policies before using the Integration.
Web3Auth is a third-party service provider. By integrating with Web3Auth, you acknowledge that Rabble does not control Web3Auth’s operations or its services. Any issues, liabilities or claims, with Web3Auth should be directed to Web3Auth.
Rabble will not be liable for:
Any downtime, errors, or issues with the Web3Auth services
Any loss of data or assets that arise due to the use of Web3Auth
While Rabble takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of its App, you acknowledge that using Web3Auth for authentication involves risks, including but not limited to:
Hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities
Loss or compromise of credentials and private keys
Unauthorised access to your account
You agree to take appropriate security measures to protect your account, including using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and monitoring your account for suspicious activity.
Rabble only collects usage related statistics and trends from users' connected wallets and does not have the ability to initiate or execute transactions. Rabble Labs and its associated entities are in no way responsible or liable for any transactions made through these wallets nor are they responsible for the security or safety of the wallets themselves. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallets and private keys.
Rabble does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any use of Web3Auth, Rabble, Rabots or related decentralized applications does not constitute advice or an endorsement of specific transactions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with your transactions and wallet management.
The Web3Auth integration is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. Rabble does not warrant that the Integration will be errorfree,
uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. You use the Integration at your own risk.
Rabble is not liable for any damages arising from:
Loss of access to your Web3Auth account
Loss of data or assets due to errors or malfunctions in Web3Auth
Security breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access to your account
You agree to indemnify Rabble from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Integration.
Rabble reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Web3Auth integration at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Violations of these Terms
Legal or regulatory reasons
Service or security concerns
Rabble may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the Web3Auth integration after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
This agreement shall remain effective unless terminated due to the following reasons:
We have just and reasonable grounds to believe that you are indulging in any illegal, fraudulent or abusive behaviour;
Your acts are prejudicial to the interests of Rabble
Upon termination of this agreement, you right to use the application and the services shall immediately cease.
Rabble guarantees a service uptime of 75% each calendar month. This means the platform will be operational and accessible to users for at least 75% of the total time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance or any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Any downtime for scheduled maintenance or updates will be communicated to users in advance and will not count towards downtime when calculating uptime.
The following conditions will not be considered downtime for the purpose of the uptime guarantee:
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, and other unforeseen circumstances
Downtime caused by third-party services, including Web3Auth or blockchain network outages
Downtime caused by third-party services, including Turnkey or any other related network outages
User-caused configurations or errors that disrupt their access to the service
Issues arising from the user’s hardware, software or internet connection.
If we fail to meet the 75% uptime guarantee in any given month, users may be entitled to compensation in the form of service credits if asked. The issuance of such credits is at the sole discretion of Rabble and is subject to applicable terms.
Rabble will monitor service uptime and downtime through internal tracking systems. Users may request an uptime report for the previous month by contacting our support team.
By using Rabble, the user acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, they are also subject to the Privacy Policies and Terms of Service of the third-party services that Rabble integrates with, specifically:
The user agrees to comply with the Telegram Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as their usage of Rabble involves features and interactions that depend on Telegram’s services.
The user agrees to comply with the Web3Auth Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using Web3Auth for authentication and wallet management within Rabble.
The user agrees to comply with the Turnkey Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when using Turnkey for wallet and keys management within Rabble.
The user understands that these third party services operate independently of Rabble, and Rabble does not control or take responsibility for their terms, policies or operations. Use of these integrations are solely at the risk of the user alone.
Rabble continuously monitors updates and changes made by third-party services, specifically Telegram, Turnkey and Web3Auth. The user acknowledges and agrees that:
Any updates, modifications, or changes to the features, terms or functionalities of Telegram, Turnkey or Web3Auth will be promptly reflected and mirrored in Rabble’s client. This includes changes to authentication methods, privacy practices, security protocols, and any other relevant updates provided by these third-party services.
Rabble has no control over the timing, content, or nature of updates issued by Telegram, Turnkey or Web3Auth. The user agrees that such updates may affect
the functionality or features of Rabble, and Rabble is not liable for any disruption or changes caused by third-party updates.
Rabble reserves the right to automatically implement any updates from Telegram, Turnkey and Web3Auth in order to ensure continued compatibility and security. The user’s continued use of Rabble following any such updates constitutes acceptance of these changes.
The application, the materials on the application, any service obtained through the application and the software are provided “As IS” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied that all of the information provided on the application is correct. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to the applicable law, Rabble and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or inconsequential, to you or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information or the application. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. Except as expressly set forth herein, Rabble and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors and agents do not warrant that your use of the application will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the application, the server(s) on which the application is hosted is free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the application, and all charges related thereto. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the application and your reliance thereon.
Your use of the application and any materials provided through the application is entirely at your own risk.
Rabble is committed to complying with all applicable government regulations, including but not limited to Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, and Prevention of Terrorism Act Regulations.
In accordance with these regulations, Rabble may be required to share User information with government authorities or regulatory bodies. The user acknowledges and agrees that Rabble may disclose such information to comply with legal obligations, government requests, or regulatory inquiries as mandated by applicable laws.
The User agrees to provide any necessary information or documentation as required by Rabble to comply with these regulatory requirements. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of service and account access.
Rabble reserves the right to apply for and obtain licenses or regulatory approvals where appropriate to ensure the lawful operation of its services, digital assets and other applicable areas.
Rabble will comply with all relevant regulatory requirements associated with any licenses or approvals obtained. This commitment includes adhering to any legal obligations, operational standards, and reporting requirements mandated by regulatory bodies.
Rabble will provide Users with reasonable notice of any significant changes to the platform or services resulting from obtaining licenses or compliance with regulatory requirements. These notices will outline the nature of the changes, the impact on Users, and any necessary actions Users may need to take.
Rabble will notify Users of any significant changes or updates through appropriate communication channels, including but not limited to in-ap notifications, email or platform announcements. By continuing to use the Rabble platform and its services after receiving notice of such changes, the User acknowledges and agrees to the updated terms and conditions. If the user does not agree to the changes, their sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Rabble platform.
Neither Rabble nor any of our affiliates, licensors, suppliers or sponsors, nor our or their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or other representatives, are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of data or lost profits), under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the application and/or materials contained on the application, any linked site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the application, materials, software or any linked site is to stop using the application, materials, software or linked site as applicable. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Rabble for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed 500 Singaporean Dollars. (Five Hundred Singaporean Dollars)
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Rabble, our affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement; and/or (b) your activities in connection with the application.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regard to any dispute arising out of these Terms.
